Split Point Lighthouse Tour
Our 45 minute tour includes lighthouse stories, local history and amazing 360 degree coastal views.

It is the perfect adventure for ‘Round the Twist’ fans, sightseers, keen photographers, budding historians, lighthouse lovers and families.

As the Spit Point Lighthouse is still a functioning lighthouse, access is by tour only. The lighthouse is open daily for tours, weather permitting.

WEEKDAYS: Bookings required (minimum of 4 people)

WEEKENDS & SCHOOL/ PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: Tours begin on the hour, 10am-4pm (Summer), 11am-2pm (Winter)

Payments must be made in cash as EFTPOS and credit card facilities are currently unavailable.

Tours are taken with a maximum of 10 people, plus the lighthouse Tour Guide

A moderate level of fitness is required as the lighthouse climb is quite strenuous

Due to telecommunication equipment housed in the lighthouse, we do not recommend access for people with pacemakers or similar medical technology

Children must be 5 years and over to take a tour

An adult must accompany all children under age 10
