School holiday programs

Our activities don’t stop during the holidays!

Every school break Eco-Logic runs a Holiday Program on the Surf Coast where everyone is welcome! We have fUn, ExpLoRe and leArN about the local environment.

We also run regular and specialised tours of the Split Point Lighthouse in Aireys Inlet.

Along with our usual sessions such as Rockpool Rambles, Estuary Discoveries, Spotlight Walks, Canoe Discovery Paddles and Ocean Snorkelling (summer only), look out for new and specialised activities in our School Holiday Programs. These may include Wonderful Whales (winter only) or Round the Twist tours at Split Point Lighthouse, Eel Adventures, or Beach Detectives.

Easter Holiday Program 2008
Staff at Eco-Logic & Split Point Lighthouse Tours would like to thank everyone who supported our Easter School Holiday Program. Our TwiSteD ToUrs at Split Point Lighthouse were a great success, attracting diehard fans from all over Victoria! All participants were more than willing to take after the likes of Bronson Twist and lick flycovered fly swats and sniff smelly socks! Top effort! The Beach@Night activity proved to be popular among young marine biologists, who enjoyed a game of eel beach flags and later huddled around the lantern to discover the weird and wonderful features of Victoria’s marine life. Those who were lucky enough to join the Creatures of the Night walk at Distillery Creek spotted Mick the Powerful Owl, a threatened species in Victoria and a notorious member of the Aireys Inlet Night Scene, as featured in our Spring Newsletter.
